IMTECO staff are fully trained in the use of the Statutory Biodiversity Metric and have a thorough understanding of the legislation for BNG in England. Our staff also understand biodiversity enhancement requirements within Scotland under the National Planning Framework 4 (NPF4). IMTECO have undergone biodiversity projects within Scotland, England and Wales, such as for housing developments, BESS sites, wind farms and solar arrays.

Habitat Surveys

Habitat surveys can be utilised for preliminary appraisals of habitats, their evaluation and condition, and form part of planning applications.
